The JABO 2011 RDR Run: Birthday Tribute Runs
The RDR Run, produced on February 27, 2011, was a celebratory marble run named after three key figures in JABO’s marble-making legacy: Ron Ewers, Dave McCullough, and Rich McKnight. The initials “RDR” represent their first names, and the run was conceived as a birthday tribute to honor their contributions to the craft. This run is emblematic of the personalized, small-batch ethos that defined JABO’s contract era from 2008 to 2012.
