From Master Marble Maker Dave McCullough, who produced marbles at JABO Inc in 2009 with the Joker Team. The Omegas were initially misidentified upon sale, and after several years of research, the true identity was uncovered with assistance from Ed Parsons (RIP) and Joshua Dinklage. The name "Omega" was assigned at the time of the run, "Black Rainbow" was derived from the box label Ed had and shared, and the "Rainbow II" part was contributed by Joshua.
